Turn shared ideas into films.
Create four youth sports videos across basketball, football, swimming and gymnastics. The project brought together an AI creator team’s planning and one specialist’s hands-on production.

Each discipline calls for its own visual rhythm. Character continuity, clear sporting action and the athlete’s emotion give the four films their individual identity within the project.
A four-film body of work.

OUTOFLINE is an independent, filmmaker-led AI studio. We create original worlds with a human point of view—and explore how more people can gain the skills to bring their own stories to life.
Our starting point is the work: story, performance, visual consistency and a finished film. AI expands what a small creative team can make. Direction gives it meaning.
More than a film.
A way in.
Talent is everywhere. Access is not. We propose a studio where international client work creates a practical entry into AI filmmaking: supported learning, supervised production and paid credits for emerging creators with limited industry access.
Client demand.
A real starting point.
Our current business is filmmaker-led production for overseas clients. The pilot would begin with a funded brief and an agreed delivery budget before recruiting creators.
EXISTING WORK → PILOT OPPORTUNITYAccess to tools.
Access to direction.
Reserve partner funding for training, tool access and participant support. Select emerging adult creators for potential and access barriers, with no tuition charge in the proposed pilot.
FUNDED LEARNING · SMALL COHORTFirst paid work.
A credited role.
Creators who meet the production standard take on defined, paid tasks. The founder directs, reviews and approves delivery. Agree compensation, rights and portfolio permissions before work starts.
PAID CONTRIBUTIONS · DIRECTOR REVIEWThe client commissions a finished film. The creator gains paid production experience. The studio builds a team through real work.
Production first.
Client fees would cover delivery, creator compensation and studio operations. Partner funding would support access and training. Original films remain a separate creative development track.
Opportunity with terms.
Training exercises are separate from billable client tasks. Client contributions are paid, with agreed credit where permitted. Placement depends on readiness and available work; employment is not guaranteed.
Start focused.
Prove it in practice.
The next step is a small, funded production pilot. The founder would lead training and creative review; partners would help with participant outreach, support and production coordination.
Discuss a partnershipOne brief. A small production team.
Proposed starting scope: 3–5 emerging adult creators, one funded short-form client brief and 90 days from funding and client approval. A campus workshop could begin the programme, followed by remote production.
Evidence of skill travels with the creator.
Each participant would build a record of their role, approved work, revisions and director feedback. With permission, this becomes a portfolio that helps clients assess readiness for the next paid assignment.
A team that can grow beyond one director.
Document briefs, visual standards and review checkpoints. Test whether prepared creators can deliver defined tasks while the founder moves from making every shot to directing and approving the work.
From a first brief
to a repeatable team.
Scope and timing would be agreed with the commissioning client and delivery partners before launch. No campus affiliation or placement is confirmed.
Prepare & assess
Confirm the client scope and budget. Select participants, fund tool access and assess storytelling, visual continuity and response to feedback through practice work.
Gate: funded brief, agreed terms, production-ready assignments.Produce & deliver
Assign paid tasks by readiness. Track generation costs, review hours and revisions. Complete director review and deliver against the client’s acceptance criteria.
Gate: client acceptance and participant payments.Review & repeat
Reconcile project economics, document each creator’s contribution and seek a follow-on brief. Use the results to decide whether to repeat, revise or expand.
Gate: viable delivery economics and evidence of further demand.Fund the next proof.
Participant support and tools; production coordination; documented training and review standards; and working capital for paid delivery. Set the budget by workstream and release further funding against agreed milestones.
Quality. Income. Capacity.
Measure client acceptance and repeat demand, creator pay and first paid assignments, and founder hours per delivery. Calculate project contribution after creator pay, tools, coordination and the founder’s delivery time; track training support separately.
A production system.
The proposed long-term assets are a trusted creator network, consented work records, reusable production standards and repeat client relationships. Their value depends on demonstrating reliable delivery across more than one team.
Local access. Global briefs.
A host community could provide space, local outreach and participant support. OUTOFLINE would bring creative direction, training and client delivery. A short workshop followed by remote paid work would test the model before a larger programme.
Proven today: founder-led original filmmaking and paid overseas commissions. To be tested: cohort outcomes, team delivery economics and expansion beyond founder-led production.
